Finca Milan is nestled in the foothills of the Andes Mountains in Risaralda Colombia. Here Julio Cesar Madrid, a third generation coffee producer, runs the farm that has been in his family for over 40 years. Instilled with his father's love of coffee and with the help of his daughter a Biology major, Julio has developed new and innovative fermentation techniques. This unique coffee was pulped, sealed in a bioreactor with starter cultures and infused with nitrogen. There is no way to not taste the toffee and banana notes in this beautiful sweet coffee.
