This washed process coffee comes to us from the Perija region of Northern Colombia. This multi-generation farm practices ethical work and growing practices. The farm employs native and local workers to ensure the land is treated with dignity and care. At 1500 meters the farm sits on rich volcanic soil that cultivates the perfect environment for delicious coffee. The beans are washed and sun-dried ensuring consistent quality and vibrant acidity. This gives it balanced notes of nuttiness, citrus and a maple sweetness.
