This delicious coffee comes from the Indigo Mountain co-op in Hopong, Myanmar. The co-op was organized by members coming from the Pa-O ethnic group. The people believe that they came to be when a dragon mother laid three eggs and one of those became the Pa-O people. They are famed for their colorful headdresses that bring their fabled origin story to life. This co-op has a passion for experimenting with honey, natural and anaerobic processed coffee.
